I am very experienced with trailers and needed no help to hitch the trailer. However, this location did not know this. I was instructed to locate the trailer, hitch it to my truck and pull in front of their facility for them to inspect the connection with my truck. I did not check the lighting on the trailer at pick-up. I did so about an hour after pick-up and had no brake or signal lights on the right side of the trailer. I had no time to return the trailer for repair; so, I traveled 475 miles with the trailer as is. Other than the light issue the trailer performed flawlessly. The next time I need a car carrier it will be a U-Haul.
