This was the worst vehicle by far we’ve ended up with. We rented a van months in advance, we got there and they had no vans and put us in a truck instead. We weren’t notified ahead of time that the vans would be unavailable, otherwise we would have made plans to pick up from another location. The tire light was on, we contacted them and were told it was a sensor and it would be fine. It may have been the oldest truck on the lot. You could write your name in the windshield, it was that dirty. No lock on the back, we had to go buy one. The smell inside was awful. We need a safe, reliable vehicle because we are out late and night moving event rentals from venues to our studio. This one just wasn’t it.
