The location and its people are fantastic. The advertising of U-Haul itself is terrible for client confidence, almost every transaction ends with remorse. It’s the $19.99 (+milage) that almost feels like a bait and switch. Every time I get my bill for $200+ dollars, it makes me want to find an alternative for U-Haul. Or buy a truck. Sure it gets people in the door, but it makes me reconsider every transaction.
