This is a great local quick n fast Uhaul. The guy running the lot during the day runs in between clients and I’ve never spent more than ten minutes to pick up, drop off is hand a key over n roll out! Honestly the only thing that slows it down is the check in app n photos. Only thing they could use help on is getting some of those parking lot spaces reserved just for Uhaul customers! Parking on the street in LA during work hours isn’t reasonable.

Nothing! This place is a ten!
HILLARY BThe staff was very friendly. And the location is convenient. But those are the only two positive things about this location. I’ve never rented such a filthy U-Haul before, and I’ve rented several. And it was obvious it was not well maintained. The location is also confusing to figure out where to go when you’re doing mobile check in, and it wasn’t even entirely possible to do so. Next time I will go to a different location.
