I didn’t choose this location, it was changed last minute and it was further away so a big unexpected detour, and I reserved a dolly and there was none at this location, so I just couldn’t have one for my move which is a real problem. They said they didn’t have time to look at the truck before I arrived, there were blankets in there, it didn’t seemed too organized..

The person responsable was not at the office. you have to call, but no answer. Finally i found out the she was at the house on the other side of the road, sitting outside. She said that she was babysitting her grand dauther. so everthing was done outside on the deck. In my reservation, i reserve a mover for Fridge. She then told me that she had not that equipement and that i have to contact Uhaul to get reimburse. i was upset since i hade to find one at another rental store. The she told me that the previous renter told her that the tires were leaking air. But she told that it shoud be fine. Finaly, when i got to the trailer, there is no mean of lifting the ton. I broke my back tring to lift it to connect to the car. Finally i called her and she sent her husband for help. He came with no tools, and we had to lift it and put a rock underneath to be able to maintain it there. I was a really unsafe way of doing it. So in short, very unprofessionnal, disorganized and should not be allowed to rent equipement.
