Horrible experience. The app check in process was a pain. I ordered furniture blankets which I was charged for but did not receive. It was very very inconvenient to have to find blankets that had been packed to use around furniture.

Next time you could include everything on the reservation. The truck I picked up from this location didn't have the equipment that was requested in the reservation. I had to drive to multiple uhaul locations just to pickup an appliance dolly. Terrible experience. Save your time and money. I wouldn't rent from here again l.
Individual renting out the U-haul was 10 minutes late. That's me getting my u-haul 10 minutes later than my reservation time. Lateness aside, he was quick at dealing with the multiple customers waiting for their pickup and easy to deal with.
We rented additional equipment online (dolly and pads) but when we got there nothing was available The attendant said they dont offer those at that location anymore and when i asked why is it available online he laughed on my face and said i dont know Our moving experience was a nightmare without the dolly
Original pickup location 20 miles from my house said when I arrived, they no longer were in Uhaul business. Second location instructions to location were wrong. I found location after giving up by driving into a field of Uhaul trailers off Durham street
The listed address was difficult to locate by GPS. Needs to be updated. Also having a drop off location close to destination would have been more efficient. Example, my destination was 12336 Gulf Freeway Houston, TX 77034. My drop off location was way past many other U-Haul locations, while there was one only five minutes away.
The people were perfectly fine. I tried to pick up the truck through the mobile app but the person wouldn't let me get it because he couldn't call my fiancÃ© or something. The truck was junk, it kept pulling to the right and went into skids three times. If I wasn't used to them from driving up north, that thing would have flipped.

I was overcharged, the rep at the location made me scan my DL again, and almost made me pay for the service again although I prepaid and mentioned 5 times that I am ther for mobile pickup. Also He tried to charge me 100% tax on rope. The first truck I was given did not have a door lock.
Tried to double bill me.
I was afraid of getting the truck stuck in a bunch of mud.
There was no signage indicating it was u haul, it's located between two one way streets so it's not easy to back track. The gave me a vehicle that would not start, it took at least 30 minutes to pick up a truck. The communication was very poor
The uHaul website told us we could pick up at 8am. The location doesn't open until 9am. The owner didn't show up until around 9:15am. There was no apology for being late. A couple of people were checked out in front of us, so we didn't get out until 9:45am. So, we were running almost 2 hours behind schedule.
The truck was clean but had a scraping metallic sound from the engine when accelerating. On the lot, it was parked between another truck and a tree with less than 12" on either side. I was able to get it out ok but many people would have trouble. It would be nice for the staff to bring the truck to the customer if they have to park it in such tight conditions.
Horrible experience. The only person who could rent out trailers was 45 minutes late. AND they didn't have all the equipment t we needed
A customer should never be emailed by the recovery department bc the agent did not check the trailer back in after drop off. It wasted my time and energy to have to prove that I returned the trailer. Very unprofessional and poor service. This location is run poorly and would never recommend to someone. It has tarnished my opinion of Uhaul as a company.
I order a dolly but none was available. They said they would remove the cost but they never did and it still ended up on my bill. Otherwise I would have rated it higher.
The Uhaul iphone app is terrible - please fix bugs
The equipment was very old with lots of rust and the ramps would not lock in place.

The truck was unusable. The location was unreachable by phone and closed when I tried to return/exchange the vehicle.
Don't email your customer 2 days after the rental was returned asking where it was returned to.
Having a designated location to park trucks and trailers would be helpful. It feels like you are abandoning the trailer in a random lot.
Convenient, but sold me the wrong trailer hitch ball.
Reserved a dolly and moving blankets for touch-less pickup. They were not in the truck. Had to go into the office to pick it up and they were out of any blankets despite Uhaul CSR confirming by phone that they had all the supplies.
