The truck had water bottles and light trach in it on the floor. Old pair of gloves, a rag, and smelled like marijuana. Pot leaves were found on the floor. Using the app was hard and clunky. The truck was damaged on the passenger door making it hard to close and the mirror was way out of whack and could not adjust it. The truck was in poor condition, the app was hard, The employees were very nice and easy going. Good people

DWIGHT DThere was no one at the location at the time allotted time to pick up the reserved truck and car hauler. I had to call the contact number and was told to wait for 5 minutes for someone to arrive. It was very inconvenient and set our timeline back for the entire move.
