Extremely helpful with every aspect of my pickup. Hooked up trailer to my truck and helped to ensure that everything was working properly before leaving.
Amy WThe staff at this location was excellent although being so far away from the original cheektowaga location added approximately 22 miles extra to our rental costs. Also was told if I left 1/4 or more gas since it was on empty when I rented it that I would get approximately 35.00 refund. Charged extra mileage and no refund for gas is UHauls fault nit this location. They were amazing.

CARMINO JI had a problem picking up the truck. I had scheduled to pick up the truck before they opened, but did not have our truck key available through the online QR code and lock box. We went back after they opened and were able to get the truck with no problem. It delayed our move by an hour, but we still completed well before we needed to return the truck. The staff apologized and were friendly and helpful.
