I called them up regarding obtaining a refund for something and no one ever called me back, even though I left my phone number twice, and my name clearly spelled.

I made a reservation to pick up equipment between 12:00 and 1:00. When I arrived the office door was locked and the two employees were eating lunch. I had to stand there for almost 30 minutes to pick up my equipment. When I made the reservation in person the day prior no one said anything about the office closing for lunch during the exact time I told them I was picking up. Additionally, if you have two employees on site why do you close the office? Can't they each take a different lunch break? Or at least not schedule customer pick ups during that time.

She reimbursed me for my meal during travel and was completly disgusted with the truck I was given. She was very happy that I was not hurt and she said she hopes that U-Haul refunds me for the incident.

- truck with mechanical issues - no precise directions to return the truck (beyond the online instructions), parking lot, key drop box. - U-haul in general: nobody knows or can't explain you what are the different and confused charges showed in different docs (or interactions including online return process). Had to call 5 time to finally get done with the process. - millage charge too high

the truck we had reserved wasn't returned on time so we had to get a smaller truck and make three trips. fortunately it was only a 3 mile trip from house to house but if it would have been more it would have been a disaster. I'm not sure there was anything you all could do given the previous person didn't bring the truck back but this kind of thing is not good for business.
