Extremely convenient process using the on-line features to reserve your equipment. Guys at the store very helpful and friendly. They took extra time to explain how to use the trailer properly and were extremely helpful.

My initial reservation was confirmed several days in advance of scheduled pick-up for a 5x8' trailer at this location, but I was informed about 1-2 days before the scheduled pick-up date that there was in fact no 5x8' trailer at this location and that I'd have to drive across town to get one that size. Customer service resolved the issue (they gave me a larger trailer for the same price at Town and Country). However, improvements on the reservation process can be made - that is, please train staff to not make reservations for equipment that they don't have. It worked out in the end and the staff at the facility were great but was a bit of an inconvenience to resolve.

The pricing is shady, I had to ask several questions about my transaction. I had a dolly included, never asked for that. I had to pay an extra dollar per mile, a stupid environmental tax and put fuel in the truck that clearly has a shady gauge. Like I could sit down in the truck and gas gauge would move. Next, Products were posted for incorrect prices and it was a huge deal for them to honor the price they posted. Then “customer service” experience made me feel like..if you break it you bought. Like I don’t know that or can’t read the contact....maybe her condescending tone just wasn’t necessary. Like sorry if people have wrecked your trucks or brought them back’s that MY problem. Won’t be back.

This location could not figure out how to charge me the correct price. I reserved a 4x8 and they wanted to give me a 5x8 for a higher price. When i said I'll take the 4x8 they gave it to me for the same price as the 5x8 because they couldn't figure out how to change the price.

We had very unpleasant experience with a truck that we rented. A) Very bad and stinky smell inside like truck like dead rat or horse stable. My wife she realty got sick and felt like throwing out, when I brought to very young and unexpereance employee attention, he didn’t accept the fact and ignored it completely. B) Noise and squeaky from passenger side. C) it was hard to turn ignition key. Employee that I complained he. I have send two emails so far no responses and answer from managements his answers were was we had never or received any of these issues with this truck he was very unprofessional and response or couldn’t answer my questions.

Get the order right!!! I order 12 moving blankets and was told that they were in the truck when I picked it up. Guess what?.....I got to my destination to load my stuff and there were NO moving blankets. Who would move without moving blankets? Now I have scratched furniture. QUALITY CONTROL...GET THE ORDER RIGHT.
