The electronic check in and return are vastly below par standards. Located behind a large bluff, this location barely affords a single bar on their phone. This is totally inadequate for either process. When a second bar is located it takes an inordinate amount of time to transmit the multiple pictures required for returning the vehicle. As the rental center is on line the addition of a publicly accessible WiFi would make this a much less frustrating experience.
