Richard was the rudest person ever. He left me a very upsetting message cursing at me. I was so upset. I have never felt so degraded and humiliated. I had charges on my credit card I should not have. I'm still upset. I have family members who have U-Haul sites and would never treat customers this way. I will no longer use or recommend U-Haul.
