Big Bens Moving and Storage in Ivins had no place to park the truck upon return. It was late afternoon Sunday and there is no parking of any kind at the location. I simply left the truck in the driveway.

Windows’s were filthy
David SThe trailer was very old. I do not think this was Big Bens' problem. The trailer was over 30 years old if the date on the side of the trailer was correct. We rented the same size trailer a few weeks ago from a different location and it was a dream to use. This one was scary. I will say that it did seem to be mostly water tight, but one of the wooden railings were broken and the floor was unstable. I didn't report these things when I self-checked out because I feared I would be held accountable, and it ultimately got our things where we wanted to go. But, the quality seems to be very variable at different locations and with different trailers.
