have customer aware of the change in mileage rate at time of reservation (i.e., mon-thur rate, fri-sat rate). also make clear what the average rate is use to come up with the hold amount being that some say 40 miles others 50 miles. this makes the customer aware of how much money they will not have access to while rental is active. in addition this location charges fess for gas even if you bring it back per the contract agreement, which a uhaul rep said shouldn't happen please fix this grievous concern.

The service at the location was pleasant and efficient. The truck had mushy brakes, trouble with transmission downshifting, and a touchy accelerator. I've rented at least 4 or 5 vehicles from U-haul. Worst driving experience.

The office was dirty and they charged my account twice, totally over 100 dollars for an 1 1/2 hour rental for a 10 foot truck, I went 15 miles total then he complained about the truck's gas status, it was full when I returned it, but yet he still charged me for gas...Never again!!!

we reserved a truck from the southside/beach blvd store for 8:00 am on 9/30. We arrived at 9:20 am and the truck was not there. we were informed of your " new policy" that we were late. I had a confirmed reservation, if I am "late" it was still the truck we reserved. You had the credit card and we would have been charged a no show fee and charged someone else the rental of the truck. I have had a phone call from someone at 800-664-5017 and was asked about a reservation we did not pick up. I called the above phone number the person transferred me to customer service, he d transferred me to another person in boxes. she took my complaint, told me of new policies not in my email confirming my reservation and told me I should have called if I were running late. I asked why would I do that I did not know the "policies" she was citing. I had never heard of them. Your new "policies" apparently known only to u-haul I guess should be guessed by your customers? I guess your rules your polices?? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
