I reserved a 6 x 12 trailer. When I arrived at the location the trailer wasn't there. This was after being notified that the location changed. This was not a very good experience and I don't understand the point of making a reservation 2 weeks ago and end up with a smaller unit that what I expected. A credit was given to me but still it is ridiculous to jack someone around like this. Very upsetting. Jim Sisson

We appreciate the great customer-service given; low rental-fee, there is one area of improvement needed now. The charge per-mile needs to be lowered significantly, to keep us coming back*. We could have chose AAA-Plus for our rental; availability was an issue. Thank you.

Location is a single car garage/gas station. Due to the limited staff, there was no one able to look over trailer and assist with hook up along with verifying all safety chains and safety brake was correctly installed and working. Very high risk for the Allison Lane location to allow equipment to leave prior to a 160 mile drive pulling a vehicle. I should have called corporate to complain but felt that it would be a waste of time. From the conversation I had with the woman at the counter, who by the way requested that I show up earlier than my drop off time so she could go home, proceeded to delete my order and spend the next 30 minutes tapping at her keyboard until she finally had U-haul corporate create a new invoice over the phone. It was all to apparent that U-haul just wants their money and could care less about customer service, not to mention the over-priced rental fee I had to pay for one-way trip. I will not use U-haul ever again. There is Budget down the road that rents trucks and trailers as well. Have a good day.

Pick up was not at the location I called on the phone. I called to see if they still had the 19.95/day rates. Was pressured and pushed into a rental even though we were not quite ready. Couldn't even get a price without giving them so much info. Figured we would just make it work. Now the bill is over 160? with over 40 in some insurance? And when I called they said "if you look at the rental agreement it's on there." Well, I won't make this mistake again and certainly won't recommend Uhaul. Might even skip buying the stuff I usually get like boxes and gas. Pitiful.

YOU RESERVED A VAN FOR ME, GAVE ME NOT ONLY THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER FOR THE PICK-UP SITE BUT ALSO THE WRONG ADDRESS. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO FIND OUT WHERE I WAS TO GO, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE VAN I RESERVED WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THAT THE SMALLEST VEHICLE I COULD GET WAS A 10 FT BOX. MY PICK-UP TIME WAS FOR 8 AM, I WAS RUNNING ABOUT 30 MIN LATE, BUT WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO FIND THE LOCATION AND GET THE VEHICLE, IT WAS ALMOST 10:40AM. WHEN I RETURNED THE VEHICLE, I PAID CASH. THEN WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT LAST NIGHT, YOU HAD RAN MY CREDIT CARD FOR ALMOST $350. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD NOW AND NOT IN SEVERAL BUSINESS DAYS. THE PEOPLE AT THE SITE DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AT ALL. I AM NOT HAPPY!! I HAVE RENTED FROM U-HAUL SEVERAL TIMES THIS YEAR AND THIS TIME WAS HORRIBLE.
