Waited one full hour for someone to process my rental. I had called the night before and reserved the rental but nobody knew anything about it. Very frustrating

It Was easy process
CRISS ACustomer Service was excellent. Got me in and out within a matter of seconds the gentleman very nice and professional and excellent customer service.
Aaron HShocked to receive a bill for significantly more than what was agreed upon. I put gas in the truck before I returned it and returned it with the exact mileage remaining per tank and was charged more than $100 for gas. Definitely going to make a phone call about this one.
Marie KWe asked for paperwork showing we dropped of the trailer and the guy said no paperwork. I said i can i prove i dropped off the trailer. He said you do not. Had to call U-haul 3 times the next day as it showed we still had the trailer. 24hr later got the email . Will never us
