There was a communication issue with the expected return day. The drop off location did not know that the drop off would occur a day later than the quote. We informed the pick up location of the return day but that did not get communicated to the drop off location. The drop off was very quick and smooth. Overall we were pleasantly impressed with the U-Haul experience.

Great service, loved using the U-Haul App. They had the trailer I needed and I was able to complete the job on time.
GARY MThe brake lights and right turn light apparently didn’t work on the cargo trailer, according to my pickup’s display. I stopped back into the store and she apparently got them working again until I got back on the highway and it happened again. Is it the fault of my truck or the cargo trailer? I don’t know but the trailer definitely needs to be checked.
