They need to have more organization and pre prepare items for the people who are paying money to rent necessary items for their moves. There should be more access to the store when calling about the reservation for pick up, because no one answered the phone. The car was the incorrect size when I arrived for pick up and no items that I requested were provided— nor was I informed about it not being available upon pick up.
