PAUL PAfter a nightmare experience with U-Haul's website rate deceptively offering rates that were NOT recognized in the "Cart", my "confirmed" reservation was denied, and moved to a different time and location, a location that then subsequently also didn't fulfill the 2nd reservation, and subsequently bumped me to the Findlay Rd location that thankfully fulfilled the reservation. The deception and changes by U-Haul ended up costing me many hundreds of dollars extra in 3rd-party arrangements. Very infuriating!!
