Way too small.. no lights after hours and had to walk around to the front to hunt for the drop off box.

DONALD OI ordered a 5’x8’ trailer and they U-Haul upgraded to a 6’x12’ at no extra charge due to availability. I asked if the trailer had the same number of axles because I was running a lot of toll roads. The lady said it did, but it had 2 axles instead of one. This was the only down side of my experience with U-Haul. My wife picked up the trailer and seemed that everything was ok, but checking it the evening before we left I found a bad tire. I contacted the service dept and they had the tire replaced in about an hour. I was very impressed. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and curious.
