My drop off point was Clute, Tx location on Plantation Drive. They were not helpful and DID NOT HAVE A JACK FOR DROPOFF!

Dirty when picked up. Lots of ropes still attached. Was told by UHAUL to go to different location for trailer & sent elsewhere because it wasn’t on site. Then; we were charged for an additional day.
ANTHONY MCrystal was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. I would rent from this place again and hope that Crystal would still be there. My check in and check out was so easy and fast . She had all the paperwork ready for me and all I had to do was sign it give her a credit card and I was on my way. The gentleman at the front desk wouldn’t even look up to say hello. I’m not sure what his job was, but I’m sure if he had to wait on me I’d still be there.
