U haul gave me mileage based on where I picked up truck , however , the location I moved from was 11 miles further away from truck pick up . Why do I have to pay extra for these 22 miles ? ( pickup in Killingworth Ct. , move from Haddam to Oceanside, LI , return in rvc , LI REALLY ??
TIMOTHY NThe truck we rented was not of the quality I have previously experienced from UHaul. Gas was 7/8 full, but we are expected to return with a full tank. Wiper fluid was empty so I had to purchase and add. Knob for heat blower was missing not allowing the ability to turn heat on with temps in the teens. A “service stability” message flashed on the dashboard. Customer service agent was polite. Many options for equipment.
