The service was fine, but the office/building had a super strong "cat pee" odor to it.

In and out at S&J in no time. Excellent place to pick up and drop off. Only thing that was frustrating about the whole experience was dealing with you online. You kept insisting that I had to do this or do that with my smart phone. I don't have a smart phone as we don't have cell service at this location unless I am within 15 feet of my expensive amplifier. There are many of us without smart phones. .
