It took over an hour on a call to work out the pick-up. We tried on 2 devices, multiple browsers and the app. I would not recommend mobile pick-up.

JULIO SThe lady at the front desk was very professional and full of positive energy. The only issue I see on the invoice that I didn't have time to stop by and get it fixed was an extra $15 charge for the insurance coverage that I didn't request. This mistake may have been done after the 800 number called me to confirm the new pickup location. Otherwise, in the website, I declined the coverage. Please credit back the $15.
