We were charged the original $16. Discount because we brought the truck back with 1/8 tank of gas which is what we were told to do at pick up. When we dropped it off the guy said the contract said we should have put 1/4 tank of gas. No one told us that. We were told 1/8 and that’s what we did. It’s wrong of this company to charge for something no one told us about. We did what we were told!!

Gerald lCOMMUNICATION is key this office lacks every bit of it they picked up my uhaul from the hotel I was staying at didn’t call me or text me until after they picked up the unit then told me they didn’t want to recover it that someone called them tells me I need to get a competitor unit to go and unload my stuff out of his truck into a new one to get my belongings my dads ashes are in the truck and this guy tells me he’s going to throw my stuff in the dump major douche bag named Blake small man syndrome!
