Brandon PHe was very rude and left the garage door opener in the van. Accused us of stealing, and he was very hostile. I do not appreciate being mistreated like this as a corporate customer. Please tell him I will take my business elsewhere. And I had to put gas in the van because the manager Bailey put gas in it, causing me a greater inconvenience
Ryan NI order a dolly, was charged for a dolly, but never received a dolly.
Mica SWe were charged the original $16. Discount because we brought the truck back with 1/8 tank of gas which is what we were told to do at pick up. When we dropped it off the guy said the contract said we should have put 1/4 tank of gas. No one told us that. We were told 1/8 and that’s what we did. It’s wrong of this company to charge for something no one told us about. We did what we were told!!
