The store manager was not there for me to pick up trailer I had to wait around and also call uhaul customer service 2 time to be able to get car trailer . I was also not happy having to go go to a different location although I booked it in advance at a location close to my location down town . Making me drive around trip of more than 25k . I do think I should be getting a discount for the inconvenience. Very bad service

Joseph LThe location was not good. It took a long time just to get the trailer - about an extra 30 mins before we could drive away. It seemed there was a lot of confusion. The trailer itself had a flat tire. The area where we hooked up was in a very tight area, so we had to have our truck sticking out onto the roadway blocking one of the lanes - very unsafe. When I dropped it off, there was confusion on the the procedures for the drop off - very frustrating. I took a lot of pictures of the trailer after I dropped it off to prove it was there as the location didn't open until 11am! This whole episode was not what I expected from such a reputable company. :(
