Rodney M.Upon entering the process online, my first thought was of all the other times, I had to rent a truck. How each time the proprietor was grumpy, or just felt like I was an inconvenience. I didn't know that me giving someone money, was so much of a hassle to them. But that was always the way, at each of the locations, and not just U-haul either. However, when I got to the Sunoco station to pick up the truck, I was greeted by the attendant, who said that she would get her boss. I was like here we go again, but that was not the case. I'm sorry that I forget their names, but I will not forget that they were the most positive, and pleasant people to do business with. They were understanding, that I was running behind, and they were also very efficient. They made the experience one to remember, I can see why they have the top 100 plaques, this team deserves the top 1. When I have to move again, this will be the first location I go to. Thank you for being so great!!!!
