We are somewhat disappointed with the service we had so much running around because one office said equip was at one place when we got there they knew nothing about it, they sent us all over las vegas and still we did not get the equipment to pull our car, so we had to leave the car in las vegas because of all the lack od communication. The owner or employee seemed bothered by my presence. She was kind to other customers, but as soon as I walked in she immediately became aggressive in her tone towards me. I had questions regarding my rental and fees I was charged, for example, she charged me $19 for gas even though I only went 13 miles and I also put a gallon in. I asked her how many miles per gallon does the truck gets, that I returned, she said 5-8. So, I asked her to explain the $19 charge for fuel charges she became even more hostile and told me to contact the Uhaul customer care number and wouldn't supply me a receipt. I brought the truck back on what it was when I received it, but for some reason, she said I didn't. Maybe Uhaul doesn't like servicing blacks or feel we don't deserve to have charges explained to us, good customer experience or to be charged fairly.DWIGHT W.

I have rented from this location two times previous to my most recent truck rental. The first two times were wonderful. This time there's one thing I do have a complaint on. When I was given the truck on the day I reserved it, they told me oh by the way it's on empty. This is the first time ever have received a truck was completely on empty. I don't understand why they could not have filled the truck up. Whenever I've been told on how much gas is in it which is not always full but for me to return it at that level. If not then there will be a four dollar a gallon charge to replace the gas. So the person before me that rented this truck was supposedly charged for gas why didn't they go and fill it up. So I had to hurry up and fill it up before I reached my location on where I had to load the truck.This is a little bit of an inconvenience as I was on a time schedule to meet somebody at the loading spot. When renting a vehicle of any kind it should be ready to go.This was a little disappointingKEITH NOEL C.
The online check-in did not work. Once the driver's license images were taken, the spinning circle of death wouldn't stop. I tried to call the national number. They weren't home. The local 702 number worked and finally told me where I could get a truck the day before moving day. Very stressful!DANIEL CRAM W.
My U-Haul reservation was screwed up yesterday! You ultimately booked my reservation completely wrong, from incorrect pickup time at 8:00 at location that didn't open till 10am, and not having an adequate truck to make a cross-state line trip. Made a drive to a different location to find one! I didn't know that was a thing. Called customers service which was horrible, called for assistance and was blame for your online i'll algorithm!Nery G.

Greg and Manuel were such excellent communicators and great representatives for your company. So caring and personable and went over and above in everything they did. Not sure of her name was Kelly, may have that wrong but the lady that worked there also very personable and kind. Kind really sums up our interaction with all of them. Not their fault but the light outside our storage unit was out and I know they would have changed it in a heartbeat but told us they were not allowed to and had to fill out a work order. Being a business owner most of my life, that is just not right. If you don't want to take responsibility of them getting hurt, there should be someone they can call to get it immediately changed. Our son and grandson had to fill that unit in the dark. You are blessed to have these three excellent employees and they should be rewarded for their excellent customer service by getting things like bulb changes within 24 hours. Buffalo Storage is amazing due to your staff ! Please reward them accordingly. Vans were immaculate and when one was returned one day early, Greg went out of his way to call us and let us know so we could have it the next day. As seniors, it was great to have our son amd grandson here to help us and Your associates made it the best Experience. I will always recommend them!KATHY MARIE C.
