Driver side seat belt buckle got stuck once. I was trapped in the seat until one of the movers helped me get out.
Russell S.We rented a 10 foot, but the night before, someone put a hole in the gas tank, leaving the truck inoperable. That's not the store's fault. U-Haul called us five minutes before pickup time and explained the situation, offering to only charge us for a 10 foot truck, but the store was unable to change the price. Not the store's fault. However, the 15 foot that we rented was in rough condition. The gas tank level was lower than the paperwork indicated, and it was dirty in a way that cannot be cleaned in a few moments. I don't really blame the store, but I wouldn't recommend the location, to be honest. Sorry.
