Towne Storage, Ft Apache is an excellent location for a UHaul rental. The Towne employees, particularly Kim, are very efficient and knowledgable.
MICHAEL KUnprofessional front desk lady. I had vehicle under 24 hours and charged me me for multiple days. Also, she uphold me saying the other truck had a doley & sheet. It did not. Upon my entering into the building to return the keys she (*Kimberly) exclaimed as though it's my fault she had to cancel reservations. She also tried to guilt trip me into getting insurance but I live literally across the street (.3 miles).
AISHAASHLEY ABooking and getting the key, even returning was done all online. Very easy and fast.
Young JKim at Towne Storage did a great job making the arrangements for the rental truck. Great job.
