When we turned the vehicle in , we found a parking spot, opened the UHaul APP and followed the check in steps. The instructions were easy to follow however the APP took us some extra time to get photos to upload.

JOHN CI got charged for stuff that I didn’t use. At first they had furniture pads on as well as a utility dolly and appliance dolly. They took the pads off but charged me for two dolly’s. I rented an appliance dolly. Didn’t get nor did I ask for a utility dolly as I already rented the appliance dolly. They said they would contact me once I put that in the notes but no one ever contacted me about it and then I never heard back from anyone. Once I was billed the furniture pads had been removed but was charged for two dolly’s and the trailer. The place I got it from in lathrop was very helpful and it was super easy to get the trailer and get on the road. As well as super easy to drop it off when I was done. Would rent from there again!
