Tire strap was broken- proprietor acknowledged and didn't give a shit. Had to improvise on the road. Scammer. Would never use this location again or buy a car from this thief!!

Renting a U-Haul from this location was very expensive. The return method on the U-Haul app it's more than anyone should have to do after paying all that money. I couldn't make it work on my phone I was told it would cost $20 extra if they had to return it. They charged me $93 extra. I will never rent from U-Haul again.
Mike RI had a horrible experience with the U-Haul I rented. I believe that trucks should be inspected in between rentals. The fact that truck broke down 2 hrs into my trip was absolutely shocking. I expect more from U-Haul. I paid an extra 75 dollars for added protection and I believe 7 dollars for any flat tire. Thank God tire was fine , just the fuel pump went out. I am still working with U-Haul to compensate with the horrible situation. It’s been 5 days and I keep contacting them.
Yuli MThe truck was difficult to find and looked kind of run down. More than the location itself the Uhaul app/website experience for contactless pick up was awful. The app kept crashing the website just kept shooting me out to the homepage and asking me to sign in again and the wait times for call assistance was ridiculous. Based on my pick up experience I won't be using Uhaul again. Certainly not the contactless pick up.
