We never went in. We don't know if it was clean and inviting. We would have chosen n/a if that was a choice. They had us leave the equipment parked on the street. They were very busy and checked the equipment in after we left.

BENJAMIN GCustomer service is 5 stars, however the lot is REALLY small. There is no way to pull a trailer in to the lot and turn around. I arrived after hours and my husband and I had to un hook pull forward, we found the trailer dolly and we had to move the trailer by hand out of the way. I then had to back out almost to the street and do a 5 point turn in order to have my nose facing the street. This location is on a very busy street with multiple large moving trucks blocking your view. Pulling out is very dangerous.
