We had a terrible experience when our location was changed two days before pick up to 45 minutes away and we didn’t see the email. It delayed our move 3 hours due to complications with the pick up. However, after working with upper management we were compensated for the additional time and mileage that this change required and were able to return it to the location originally selected. We appreciate them resolving the problem best they could, but I would recommend NOT changing locations 2 days before a move is scheduled. Especially when a reservation was made 3 months in advance. There was also no dolly available at lock up when we had reserved one.

TODD TThe truck had water bottles and light trach in it on the floor. Old pair of gloves, a rag, and smelled like marijuana. Pot leaves were found on the floor. Using the app was hard and clunky. The truck was damaged on the passenger door making it hard to close and the mirror was way out of whack and could not adjust it. The truck was in poor condition, the app was hard, The employees were very nice and easy going. Good people
