There was no one at the location at the time allotted time to pick up the reserved truck and car hauler. I had to call the contact number and was told to wait for 5 minutes for someone to arrive. It was very inconvenient and set our timeline back for the entire move.

Everything went smoothly
MELISSA SInside of truck had dog hair and broken up dog treats in both seats. No recourse since it was the only truck available in the surrounding area
