Contract said we picked up truck at 8 but it was 10: 15 because they had to go to other location to get truck got truck back at 10:30 and charged me another not very helpful if you need a truck go to Ryder or penske

Picked up trailer on Friday afternoon, store only had one clerk working. Should be two people at a minimum on a Friday.

The man behind the counter wouldn’t help with hookup or checking anything. He also has a sign on the counter stating that his convenience store customers come first. Worst uhaul I have ever been to.

There was a terrible, urine, smell in the cab. I had to ride with the windows open. I didn't say anything to the dispatcher because I was in a hurry to beat the rain that was coming in. I have had this problem with other U-Hauls I have rented elsewhere.

Although the location was not the original one we were suppose to leave the truck at the gentleman was helpful and said we could leave it there as we did not know the area very well. However we were charged an additional charge. I had called earlier in the day the original place we were suppose to drop the truck off and they told me that as long as I had the truck there by 5pm there would not be an additional charge.. The man at the place that we left the truck took all my paperwork and I do not have a copy of any of it.. we were overcharged for mileage and an extra day.

The problem I had with uhaul wasnt at the pick up location but with the company itself. I was charged DOUBLE once I got to the store (and was even given half off there) over what I was quoted when I made my reservation with the call center. I called TWICE to confirm the amount and both times was assured the amount was correct, only to be charged a ton more money once I picked up my truck. I called the district manager and was told he would look into it and never returned my call. This is not how business is done. If I treated my customers like this, I would loose customers. Uhaul has lost my business and the business of my friends and family( Im sure they dont care).

Attendant was also a clerk for the convenience store. He was trying to do too many things at once. He did not explain all aspects of the contract to me.

Seems like they were not equipped with the trucks that were reserved online. If I had been 15 minutes later, I would not have received my vehicle (walk-in would have). Website let me reserve a truck that they did not have, and was not transferred to them.

First they said I hot it 12am then fixed with them and so my paper work,ithey said I was late,i was not late we I got there.after fussing with them then i was.so they kept most of my deposit.,I plan on putting a ad in the paper about it

No one available to assist. I had to accept a different trailer because the one I ordered was not available. U-haul agent was multitasking, taking care of counter customers during contract completion which delayed the process several times.

I do not see where there is any maintenance records on the car transport. The transport had rust areas where it was patched as well as areas where there were holes. The tires were covered in dirt and the wear pattern made it questionable if these tires were up to a 500 mile transport. Fortunately the trip went without incident but we were certainly concerned.

Make sure that the equipment is checked in properly. That way when someone wants to rent it, it doesn't take over a hour to process it!
