The problem I had with uhaul wasnt at the pick up location but with the company itself. I was charged DOUBLE once I got to the store (and was even given half off there) over what I was quoted when I made my reservation with the call center. I called TWICE to confirm the amount and both times was assured the amount was correct, only to be charged a ton more money once I picked up my truck. I called the district manager and was told he would look into it and never returned my call. This is not how business is done. If I treated my customers like this, I would loose customers. Uhaul has lost my business and the business of my friends and family( Im sure they dont care).

Seems like they were not equipped with the trucks that were reserved online. If I had been 15 minutes later, I would not have received my vehicle (walk-in would have). Website let me reserve a truck that they did not have, and was not transferred to them.



First they said I hot it 12am then fixed with them and so my paper work,ithey said I was late,i was not late we I got there.after fussing with them then i they kept most of my deposit.,I plan on putting a ad in the paper about it

No one available to assist. I had to accept a different trailer because the one I ordered was not available. U-haul agent was multitasking, taking care of counter customers during contract completion which delayed the process several times.

I do not see where there is any maintenance records on the car transport. The transport had rust areas where it was patched as well as areas where there were holes. The tires were covered in dirt and the wear pattern made it questionable if these tires were up to a 500 mile transport. Fortunately the trip went without incident but we were certainly concerned.

First truck rented out broke 2 minutes down the road. Luckily another one just got returned, otherwise there would have been a problem.

The attendant did not seem knowledgeable nor intrested in learning how to return the item and provde the customer with proof of return. The attendant rudely suggested I take the item back to the location of pick-up for the return. After a long period I called the reginal are agent who finally got the issue resolved. Recommend finding another place of business to rent and return in the area!! Terrible experience.

gas wasnt even filled per to contract paper, and cab was very dirty to the point that my fiancee had to clean it up before we hit the road.

The middle eastern man that owns and runs the store was of no help in picking up the trailer. Took my money and said this is your number, go find it and hook it up yourself. Trailer smelled of marijuana smoke as there were alligator clips and rolling papers all around the trailers. He sells bongs, pipes, papers, etc. in his store.

Staff the center, make it cleaner, control the staff (police were called on another customer), help customers as I had to hook up my trailer and no one assisted with anything. Also, the lights DID NOT WORK, but I had no way to check them because no one would help me.

It was raining when I arrived with no spaces to park the tow dolley so the attendant asked my father and I to go move other dolleys by hand in the rain to make room rather than he doing it himself. When the truck was turned in he also handed me a piece of paper and pencil to go record the mileage and gas level rather than doing it himself. Overall very unhelpful and lazy
