Shawanda went above and beyond the call of duty! The process started out chaotic, but she worked on getting us a bigger truck. She was very patient even though I was rude in the very beginning and on the verge of crying. Shawanda stayed calm and didn't take it personal. Toward the end of the call we had a very nice conversation. Give her a raise and promote her to management!

David W.Lots of issues with Uhaul customer service! This was not where I rented it from and way out of our way to have to pick it up. Called the local Thomasville store and spoke with manager Kimberly twice and was promised I would get phone calls by her and area manager about my dissatisfaction….yeah still waiting, just one lie after another. The traffic lady who called to let me know I had to go to this location, again out of the way, was so rude and could have cared less. Very, very poor customer service across the board. I could not recommend location due to the lies and poor service. However, the gentleman at pick up location was a a super nice guy as he is just a little independent side business guy.
