The tow dolly fender was broken. We had to stop every HOUR on a 12 hour drive to apply zip ties so that our brake light was visible. This made our move extremely stressful and added unexpected time.

There may have been some miscommunication about the drop-off time when I picked up the trailer, and the mobile Web site didn't correctly capture my driver's license information, even when the agent at the pick-up site tried to use my phone herself. That could use some work. Other than that, the rental experience was hassle free.

This drop-off location does not have wireless cell phone access, so I was unable to use the truck-share app. The location was closed on the day I returned the truck, and phone calls for local assistance were never answered. Unprofessional and unhelpful!
