I set up my rental online for the city closest to me in Excelsior Springs. 24 hours later I received an email stating that I need to pick up in the next town Liberty 24 miles away! I was charged mileage too and from Liberty 48 miles total. I would have liked to have known when I set up the rental online that the vehicle was not available in Excelsior Springs and that I would be required to travel to Liberty. U-haul did only charge me a weekly rate instead of weekend rate but since I was not notified during the online set up I should not have been charged for the extra mileage to and from Liberty to Excelsior Springs!!

the location was orderly. everything on the outside was organized. however, being closed in the middle of the day was less than inviting. we arrived in town about 3:30 in the afternoon and double-timed our efforts unloading so that we could get the U-Haul trailer turned in before 5:00 pm. we made it to the location a little before 5:00 only to find it closed. the sign posted on the door showed they closed at 4:00. 4:00? who closes at 4:00? who can get a rental trailer or truck cleaned up and returned by 4:00?

RANDOLPH GThe only minor issue that I had was that the pin on the passenger's side for the ramp was bent some causing it to be a pain to use. I pointed it out when I returned it, the gentlemen apologized and said he would get it fixed for the next customer. Overall, it was a non issue for me as I knew how to deal with it.
DEREK HI was charged $7 for a dolly that I did not use. No reply from my inquiry on my receipt charge. Do I need to contest with my credit card? Come up with a better place to store those stupid things and keep them out of the way of loading/unloading.
