The man there is rude. I went to the location two days earlier to make sure everything was ready yet when I got there instead of trying to solve new problems he just tried the “I’m in power” attitude. Even with U-Haul on the phone with him he did the very minimum required and left leave me with no option other than trying to find another person to help. He didn’t care! He didn’t help! He knows people are moving so he does not think they will complain! The U-Haul company did all they could to get him to do his job but he did not care. He just wanted to show his power over me since I was alone and needed the truck and trailer .

I out no because I did not talk to anyone at this location because the were closed. I had to do mobile drop off
KEVIN CWorker questions if I was at the correct location for drop off. When I explained yes, I had my receipt, he explained that doesn’t mean anything. Not friendly and seemed bothered.
Christy PVery nice and efficient
BRENDA NI think this could have gone better - partially my fault. This facility is another like the vape shop in Palmdale, that is not a dedicated uhaul shop. They were closing early on my drop off day. When I arrived I was surprised to see that they were still there, and learned that they would be closing up in about 30 minutes. I pulled the trailer to the lot, but was asked to park it with the other trailers. This was a maneuver that I could not have done. I had been driving for 63 hours with very little rest, and I just don't have the trailer backup skill to do what they asked. I offered the attendant my keys, which he is not allowed to take, and told him there is no way I could put the trailer where he asked. I was informed that I could get charged an extra amount. I offered, the 70 extra miles I drove for my pick up in exchange for the 5 minutes it would take them to move the trailer wherever they like. I had parked the trailer behind a uhaul truck that had a hitch - thinking this would be easy for them. After unhitching the trailer - in the wrong spot - I walked up to the main office to handle the return paperwork. As I approached I could hear one of the guys say, "if you don't know how to drive a trailer, you shouldn't rent one." I can understand this narrow way of thinking, and I was able to successfully cross from Los Angeles to Lillington 3 times in the last 5 weeks - with Penske 16 foot truck and car trailer, then 26 foot truck and car trailer, and this last one with my pick up and the uhaul car trailer. I planned all stops for refueling and resting so that I would not have to back into a tiny spot, or really back up at all. Now that I live in NC, and will, for the first time, live a more rural life, I will have to rent or buy a trailer - and I will become more proficient at backing it up. For now though, for the sake of this review, I have to ask, if a skill level is required to rent your equipment then please get the vape girl to say something other than, "look at the link on your phone" as she walks off.
