We signed up for mobile pick-up to help with our own flexibility. We even booked at an official U-Haul location (not a third-party affiliate), and it was incredibly frustrating when we arrived in the morning to use the mobile self-check-in feature, only to find that a vehicle had not been assigned to our reservation. We called U-Haul support, and they informed us that the location had not assigned a vehicle for mobile pick-up—despite the lot having over 25 vehicles available. This was especially frustrating since we arrived early based on our moving schedule, and U-Haul completely dropped the ball. The mobile self-checkout is pointless if the U-Haul location doesn’t assign a vehicle for you to pick up. The issue was that the location wasn’t scheduled to open until 9 a.m., but our self-pickup was scheduled for 8 a.m. We had to troubleshoot for over 30 minutes until U-Haul was able to find us another nearby location. No discount was offered, and we had to drive farther and pay extra for the additional mileage. Would not recommend.

I paid for a dolly rental and there was not one in the truck. There was also no ramp.
Ashley CDidn't get the dolly I requested. Had to drop off and pick up from different locations, making me have to provide an additional ride to and from.
Megan MThere was no personnel at the Dry Creek location
LUZ DHad requested blankets and was charged for them but were not available. Told me that I had to go 10 miles down the road to get them what the heck??? Either you can support customers or not . If products are not available then don't advertise them
