We ordered moving pads and hand trucks / dollies - when we went to pick up the truck, these items were not available. The truck has shifting problems - perhaps transmission and / or timing. It served its purpose but was very sluggish. The location where we rented is at the Gas Station in Roxborough, so not their fault. The employees at the Shell Station were very nice. Again, not their fault items were not available when the website said they were, and sluggish trucks were /are not their problem either.
