The location was fine. Online check in was HORRIBLE though. I wouldn't recommend UHaul in general because of that. You really need to upgrade your systems. Having to call someone to verify who I am and that I will return the truck is an insult. You have my driver's license info, my credit card info and I am leaving my car in your lot. Having to answer the same questions over and over again, as well as taking pictures of myself and my license added significant time to my check in which made me late to my destination. Look into streamlining or allowing particulars to be uploaded prior to check in time.
