Lots of errors on U-Haul’s end when it comes to drop off time and date as well as drop off location. The individual who scheduled our reservation incorrectly selected the trailer we wanted and instead booked 2 trailers instead of one. They also told us the wrong price. Once we attempted to pick up the truck, there was no one at the location and we were not told which truck to pick up which resulted in us making multiple calls to find the truck. We were also sent to the wrong location to pick up the trailer. Overall, the experience was horrendous and we will not recommend U-Haul.
