This was an incredible experience. Not because renting a van or moving furniture is fun but because of what their employee, Linda did for me. Office wasn’t open yet and I couldn’t use the self check-in because I have an interim New York license without a picture. It was 23° out and I was freezing and under a time crunch. Linda (who was waiting to start work) saw me and was able to check me in by accessing the system on her phone. You can find hospitality in surprising places. Thanks Linda!
