Joel GThe service from the staff member was absolutely horrible. She was rude, threatening, and shouting — truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It completely ruined the experience and makes me never want to come back. Aside from that, the car itself was in good condition and the rest of the equipment was fine. But unfortunately, her behavior completely overshadowed everything else.
NICOLAS MI've several problems with the equipment, the key that was on the box was the wrong key after calling and change it to the correct truck the engine had a weird sound and forget about finding space to park the truck, the lady who is in charge has taking all the spots with diferente cars and she isn't allowing to park the Uhaul trucks Very bad experience on that location
