I was told that had to retrieve the rental at a location far from my home with only 24 hours notice rather than the location I had booked. Not the location's fault but a glitch in the system.
N PI returned the truck and almost a week later started receiving texts messages saying I still had the truck and that further action would be taken if I didn't return the already returned truck. I then called the store but the phone number doesn't work. I called the main uhaul number to get it squared away but the actual location is horrible and I would not go back.
SAIDAH JAside from looking like a dump and the employees having poor communication skills, they didn't check my truck in for an extra day and a half and blew me off when I tried calling.
MARK EThe vehicle needs servicing, one of the side doors didn’t open and it was very inconvenient nothing being able to utilize the side entry.
