Uhaul broke down, which caused me to wait 5hrs before arrangements where made for another uhaul. The neighborhood place OMAR LIQUOR PLUS located at 329 E OAK ST, LOUISVILLE KY over charged me for my deposit and added insurance when I declined. I made my reservation online and was good to go, then got to the store and the owner goes in and changes my estimated miles and insurance! I will never recommend this location to anyone and it actually should be reported to the Better Business Bureau as a scam.
