The steps were very icy to get to the keys and drop. It did not appear that they had salted or tried to clear the area. The location was good and the equipment was fine. The app kept giving me errors. I had to call corporate which they dropped the call after I was on hold for 5 minutes. After 25 min. of trying I finally got the app to work however it would not load the pictures of the mileage and the gas level so I was charged an extra $20. This is not the locations fault, but it was a hassle.

My experience with UHaul was horrible on 1/23. I had a whole day wasted because you changed my rental location 3 times without anyone calling me and I had to reach out. Due to this inconvenience we had to add another day to our move when we needed to be out on 1/25
There should be more space available to setup the car on the auto transport. The rest is fine. Good customer service, in a timely manner, ready and clean equipment.
The truck check-out process is not intuitive and lacks helpfulness. I had to talk with customer service who was not patient or helpful, and tried to "bulldog" her way through the process. There should be more information up front for the customer for what to expect.
This location is a franchise type store, when I arrived the door locked, yet it was after opening hours. When the representative open the door he was not wearing a Covid mask, which I believe is your current policy and CDC guidelines. The representative was not rude but certainly not as friendly as I'm used to a U-Haul representative being. I felt as more of an inconvenience than a customer. He hooked up the trailer for me and told me where to return it on the lot when I was finished. He didn't run through the normal check out discussion I had previously experienced. I had to ask him to help to check the light function before I left. When I ask what time they closed, he told me 4:30 PM. He told me if it was after hours to check the trailer in online and they would review it in the morning. I asked so that I could return the trailer without an â€œafter hours feeâ€. The trailer was clean but the lower side rails inside we're not attached to the walls except at the ends, and useless to tie down cargo. Mechanically the trailer worked perfectly, however there were a few cosmetic issues. You could see grease spun out of the lug nuts and all over the wheels (I checked to make sure they were tight, the grease was old) and there was paint overspray across the taillights. It wasn't enough to cover the lenses but was enough to lower the brightness of some. When I return the trailer at 4 o'clock the office was closed and the door locked. I returned the trailer to the area he told me and checked it in electronically. I've been a customer of U-Haul for over 40 years and have always expected and gotten a high level of service. Over those years I have rented large trucks smaller trucks and numerous trailers in all configurations and have been very happy with all of them. I have even purchased several trailer hitches and had them installed on vehicles. While not a bad experience at this location it is certainly not a location that I would accept returning to, and it is not up to the normal standard of the previous locations I've used.
I had a guaranteed rental online. My original location was closed and no holiday pickup even though it let me confirm online. Had to call and get it moved to a different location. Originally was supposed to have a 26' truck and had to settle for a 20' truck because of the miscommunication. Then the after app pickup was a bit difficult.

The guy who helped me was fantastic. He hooked trailer up for me and showed me how to unhook. unhooking became very important in the dead of night drop off!
It smelled like gas..inside the store.. and I was not told after hours would cost extra money.. I was changed for 25 miles .. and only went.. 11..so I won't use u-haul again ..very disappointed!!
Trucks are not cleaned after each use, the truck was very dirty inside the cab. I had to stop and clean windshield just to see out of it.
No one at the store, even during posted business hours. Very small lot, not wide enough to turn around an mostly gravel on a slope.
My order was supposed to be self pick up and drop off. I was called and told I had to pick up the vehicle before they closed on Friday. I dropped the vehicle off on Saturday but was charged for 2 extra days. I contacted the person on the email about this and the said it would get fixed. It has not been fixed yet.
Not open until late midday for a shot time and not very friendly Rang the bell and no answer I call the phone and unfriendly answering and told me it wasn't time to be open to wait until 10 am, I would have rather use the Bardstown outfit.
Overcharged me. Called twice to have corrected and both days someone promised to call me back and never did. Had to work directly with U-Haul to have corrected.
Radio didn't work.
Mobile pick up and return was easy and helpful. Will definitely recommend
