Be honest with customers that trucks may not be available at the desired location and compensate them for having to travel to another location. Add additional mileage when traveling >1500 miles due to detours, etc. without charging extra.

Too expensive..... no dolly in the back just in case I needed it. Overpriced compared to every other location ive been to
Amber MI can’t say anything bad really. The gentleman was very nice and friendly. But there is little room to park. His lot is full of his customers cars there for repairs. I came early and there was no place to park so I had to come back the next morning when there was more room. And to be fair that was when I was scheduled. Apparently it is important to stick to the scheduled the drop off time. Maybe that was my bad.

Andrew TGot overcharged almost by $50 was told there was a truck for me on the 10 foot size there wasn’t. Was given very poor instructions on where to pick up my truck. Whole thing was a mess. Guy at desk was friendly enough.
