I did call a couple other locations to inquire and This location was the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful making a reservation over the phone. Mark helped me then and when we picked up the trailer. It was a busy Saturday morning and he was already helping two other customers, one with questions and one there to pick up an enclosed trailer. He acknowledged us as soon as we walked in the door and let us know he'd be with us as soon as he helped the others. Within 10 minutes, he pulled our info up on the computer and we went thru the online paperwork needed to rent an open trailer. He helped us hook up the trailer and we were on our way. Great experience at this location and would highly recommend!

Dale HI reserved a truck for early saturday morning, and there were a few customers in front of me, so the wait to get a truck took a while. I am sure it was just the busiest time for him, but an additional employee would have been helpful. Everything else went very well, would recommend to anyone needing a truck
