When I rented the truck I told them I needed it until April 25th. When I picked up the truck the date said the 24th. He said no problem I wouldn’t be charged any extra. Then of course I still dropped it off early the day it said the 24th and was charged an additional $40. I’ve wrote twice and sent proof of the contract and no one has reached out.

DAVID SPerson at drop off didn’t say much.
GERALD PI was totally jacked around on 3 different trailers. Not helpful at all.
