Dolly in the truck was broken ! So we couldn't even use it for the heavy things !!! The check engine light was on !! I was worried and nervous all the way to my house driving that truck !!! Very old truck! You can't even set up the mirrors to make sure you are comfortable looking back and down the tire and I have a license class B this is what I do for a living and it was scary and awful driving that dinosaur !!!!

Make sure your customers know where to pick up the truck .you have two locations and I stood in line for 25 minutes to find out I needed to go to the other location and then it took another 15 minutes. I was not happy.

The clerk was very nice but was alone on a Saturday morning. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told my rental was actually across the street, not at that location. Truck was beat up and dirty.

The people at this site were wonderful. The app for pickup didn't work as it should have and I had a bad experience with the online chat person when I couldn't find my van. I didn't realize I neededvto be at the site across the street. The site was in the process of closing for the night saw me coming and handled the process quickly and easily.
