Rep. Was helpful and acted quickly to remove trailer. Probably less then 5 minutes from arrival to departure.
James TI used the 24 hour drop off. I could not go inside the office . I can’t rate the location or personnel. The app should have N/A. The app could use some work.. When I needed to take the final picture of where I left the trailer. I unhooked the trailer from my truck. I couldn’t get back into the app for the final picture.

Charles CArranged 2 weeks in advance, was promised a phone call to let me know final pickup location. No phone call, I had to call. Was given pickup location but morning of was contacted to change location. Fine. Supposed to open at 10, at 1015 no opening at a-storage. Called u-haul, on hold for 15 minutes, they changed the location again, so I started walking because i had been dropped off at 0945. Yes walking to the new location. New location was ready and the truck and experience were great…..and u-haul gave me a bigger truck for same price, which I appreciated, only reason for an average review versus worse, but the disruption to my moving plan and the inconvenience of the people I had to help was totally avoidable.
